The hotel is perfectly located within minutes of major downtown areas, offering a quiet stay and friendly service. However, disappointing location assurances were given before. I had to go outside for breakfast but enjoyed excellent dining options around people. The facilities were fantastic, albeit a bit pricey.

The hotel room was very nicely appointed with great amenities, such as locally made snacks and a beverage fridge full of wonderful libations to accommodate all guests. Despite a minor delay in room readiness, I enjoyed a nice view from the room, although it wasn't available until several hours after the check-in time due to some VIP guests.

The service was exceptional, providing friendly complimentary service to anywhere in a 3-mile radius, covering all the tourist hotspots. The staff were friendly and very helpful, making the stay enjoyable. However, the service seemed a bit expensive compared to expectations, and one staff member appeared unhelpful and disinterested during interactions.

The hotel's location was perfect, within minutes of all major downtown areas, including the Broadway Honky Tonks and the restaurants in SoBro and the Gulch. It is also close to a number of good restaurants and Vanderbilt University; once the surrounding construction is completed, it will be even more convenient. The proximity to various attractions and the suite rooms with programmable Kohler showers and riverfront view make it a fantastic choice for exploring the city.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was great and the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was a bit small for my family, and there were some cleanliness issues. The website didn't accurately depict the room amenities, and the door frame looked damaged as if someone had tried to break in. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel was pet-friendly, which was a plus for me.
